Everything ships from our workshop in Riverview, New Brunswick, Canada. We ship to Canada, the United States and most of the world.
When your order ships
Every piece is made and finished by hand, and most orders are packed and posted within a couple of business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.
What it costs
Shipping is worked out at checkout from where your order is going and what it weighs, packaging included. You'll see the exact amount before you pay.

Tracking
Orders going outside Canada and the United States always ship with tracking. We've had parcels go missing overseas before, and tracking is the only way to find them.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada, including to the United States, may be charged import duties, taxes or brokerage fees by the destination country. These aren't included in our prices or shipping, and are collected by the carrier or customs when the parcel arrives. We can't predict the amount, and we're not responsible for delays at customs.
Canadian orders include GST or HST at your province's rate. Orders shipped outside Canada are not charged Canadian sales tax.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is late, lost, or arrives damaged, get in touch with your order number and we'll sort it out. See our returns policy for damaged or faulty items.
